toString() method returns a string representing the source code of the specified array and its elements.

Example
var arr = new Array("orange", "mango", "banana", "sugar"); var str = arr.toString(); console.log("Returned string is : " + str );
On compiling, it will generate the same code in JavaScript.
Its output is as follows −
Returned string is : orange,mango,banana,sugar
