Syntax Lodash wrap method
_.wrap(value, [wrapper=identity])
The Lodash wrap method creates a function that provides value to the wrapper as its first argument. Any additional arguments provided to the function are appended to those provided to the wrapper. The wrapper is invoked with this binding of the created function.
Arguments
- value (*) − The value to wrap.
- [wrapper=identity] (Function) − The wrapper function.
Output
- (Function) − Returns the new function.
Example
var _ = require('lodash'); var p = _.wrap(_.escape, function(func, text) { return '<p>' + func(text) + '</p>'; }); console.log(p('Joe, Julie, & Sam'));
