Syntax Of Lodash delay method
_.delay(func, wait, [args])
Lodash delay method Invokes func after wait milliseconds. Any additional arguments are provided to func when it’s invoked.
Arguments
- func (Function) − The function to delay.
- wait (number) − The number of milliseconds to delay invocation.
- [args] (…*) − The arguments to invoke func with.
Output
- (number) − Returns the timer id.
Example
var _ = require('lodash'); var startTimestamp = new Date().getTime(); var add = function(a,b) { console.log(a + b); var endTimestamp = new Date().getTime(); console.log(((endTimestamp - startTimestamp)) + ' ms'); }; _.delay(add, 1000, 5, 10);
